I’m currently thinking about how my library can use web 2.0 tools more effectively to add value to the services we offer our users. So the appearance on my desk of the Business Education section of today’s Financial Times was very timely. In it there is a special report on online learning. Nothing that directly relates to libraries but an interesting read none the less.
