Tomorrow I am starting a six month management course. It consists of three, two-day workshops plus numerous learning sets covering the following topics: Managing Self Managing Others Managing Change It is a popular programme with two cohorts running every year. At the stage I’m now at in my career I feel that management experience is something I am lacking. In my current role I have no supervisory or line management responsibility and no opportunity to gain any formal experience.
